About yorstonhill
Your best performance is equal to what you are capable of when you remove obstacles.
Performance = Potential - Interference
P = p - i
What obstacles are holding you or your team back? What are the interferences limiting your performance?
Interference can come in all shapes and sizes and may include; fear of failure, a culture of being overly nice, a lack of trust, a ‘bad’ boss, even your own procrastination.
Performance - Your stretch goal or objective
Potential - What you are truly capable of
Interference - Barriers, blockers, obstacles
So, if we are to perform at our very best the way forward often begins by reducing interference
The first step is to identify these obstacles. This often requires an outside set of eyes to help us see what really is going on. Then be supported through a targeted methodology to address these obstacles.
The improvement journey then shifts toward increasing our potential. Building our own self confidence and belief then allows us to move beyond our current paradigm. This occurs through new learning.
Everyday at yorstonhill we work with individuals, teams and organisations to help you unlock your unrealised potential or remove interference. We do this through leading edge workshops, coaching and consulting. All of our offerings are custom designed to meet your unique needs.
